BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPLES During the first half of the 20th century the Rockefeller group became the world’s largest stakeholder of the pharmaceutical investment business. The Rockefeller group has used the billions in revenues from its global oil business to strategically develop the pharmaceutical industry as an investment business – and the human body as a market. Today Rockefeller group controls the world markets in oil and pharmaceutical drugs. For decades this pharmaceutical business has been the largest and most profitable investment business in the world. The founding principles of this business are: 1. the patentability of synthetic drugs, 2. the promotion of diseases as multi-billion dollar markets for these drugs and 3. deceptive marketing strategies that portray the pharmaceutical “business with disease” as providing health. The key strategy to expand diseases as unlimited markets for drug sales are the toxic side-effects of ARVs and other drugs, which are known to the drug makers but deliberately hidden from the unaware public. |

COUNTER STRATEGY OF OIL-DRUG CARTEL July 1973: David Rockefeller launches “Trilateral Commission” to coordinate global counter strategies of US, European and Japanese corporate interests. September 22, 1973: Henry Kissinger becomes US-Secretary of State, i.e. minister of foreign affairs. Kissinger had been head of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund’s “Special Studies Project” the goal of which was to “define the major problems and opportunities facing the U.S. and to develop principles which could serve as the basis of future national policy.” The hallmarks of Kissinger’s foreign policy were his strategic involvements in genocides around the world: Vietnam, Chile, Indonesia/East Timor and several African nations. These war crimes were committed to protect the global interests of the oil and drug cartel. December 19, 1974: Nelson Rockefeller becomes US Vice President to help implement the global counter strategy from within the White House. |

THE 1974 KISSINGER REPORT - NSSM 200 April 24, 1974: “Kissinger Report”: US National Security Advisor and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger signs the “National Security Study Memorandum 200” (NSSM 200). It defines “population growth” in Africa and other developing regions as a “threat to US national security.” “Population growth” stands for emancipation of the developing world as reflected by the process leading to the 1974 UN Charter on Economic Rights and Duties. “Threat to national security” stands for the “threat to the global interests of the oil and drug cartel.” Specific goals of the NSSM 200 were, amongst others:
Specific recommendations of NSSM 200 included:
– The NSSM 200 report was de-classified on July 3, 1989, only after the ARV-Africa strategy was in place – |

THE ARV BUSINESS WITH AIDS AS A PERFECT VEHICLE Implementing such an unethical global policy was impossible – unless it was concealed: 1. It had to be presented to the world as a “responsible policy” to protect the future of our planet, and 2. it had to be dressed behind a medical or charitable veil. The AIDS epidemic that developed within a decade of ”NSSM 200”, provided the perfect vehicle to implement this strategy.

THE CURRENT POLITICAL STAKEHOLDERS OF THE OIL AND DRUG CARTEL PROPEL CHEMICAL WARFARE IN AFRICA A quarter of a century later, the political stakeholders of the two leading drug exporting nations today, the US and UK, implement the policy recommendations of the Kissinger report, such as “this plan will require vigorous efforts by interested countries,” at an accelerated pace:

THE OIL AND DRUG CARTEL DECLARES “WAR ON AFRICA”AND SEEKS THE OPEN RE-COLONIALISATION OF AFRICA June 6-8, 2007: Fearing global exposure of its ARV fraud and – more importantly – of the “population control programme” behind it, the drug cartel hits back with an unprecedented campaign. At the 2007 G-8 summit in Germany the political stakeholders of the leading drug exporting nations declared open war on Africa. Under the deceptive title of “Growth and Responsibility in Africa” they presented a 22 page document that demands the voluntary subjugation of all African governments, political parties, media, schools, police, even their armies under the control of the drug cartel, which is specifically named the document. Those African governments complying will be rewarded with a total of 60 billion dollars – those resisting will be overthrown. In the meantime, the methods used in those “coup d’etats” have proven to be much the same as those used by the “Kissinger boys” to overthrow the government of Chile – including buying the leadership of trade unions and of other civil groups. The open re-colonisation of Africa by the oil and drug cartel has begun. Kenya, South Africa and Zimbabwe are just a few examples. The goal of the cartel is to replace the democratically elected governments with political puppets who voluntarily take over the “population control programme” with toxic ARVs from their masters. Thus, their position to ARVs allows the people of Africa to identify them. |
